Forward Holdings, LLC, doing business as Forward Loans, is a mortgage brokerage. Company NMLS #2006640. Our office is at 11201 N Tatum Blvd, Ste 300, Phoenix, AZ 85028. We are licensed in Arizona, California, Colorado, Texas, Florida, Washington, Oregon, and Alabama. You can verify our licensing at nmlsconsumeraccess.org.
Agreement to these terms
By using forward.loans, submitting a form on this site, or working with us on a loan inquiry, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
No loan commitment
Nothing on this website is an offer to lend, a loan approval, or a commitment to any rate, program, or terms. Every loan is subject to a complete application, credit review, and full underwriting. Rates and programs change without notice. Information on this site is general education, not financial or legal advice for your specific situation.
Text messaging (SMS) terms
When you provide your phone number to Forward Loans through a form on this website, or through a loan inquiry form on a lender marketplace website that matches you with us, you consent to receive text messages from Forward Loans about your inquiry. These messages include introductions, appointment scheduling and reminders, and follow-ups on your request.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of all text messages from us. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at michael@forward.loans or (602) 339-2643. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of getting a loan or any service from us.
We do not share your phone number or text messaging opt-in data with third parties for their marketing. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Phone calls
By submitting your phone number with a loan inquiry, you consent to receive calls from Forward Loans about that inquiry, which may include calls placed with an automated assistant. The assistant identifies itself at the start of every call. You can decline the call or ask us not to call again at any time, and we will honor it.
Your information and privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. Do not send full Social Security numbers, account numbers, or other sensitive details through the forms on this site. We will collect those through secure channels during your application.
Using this website
The content, design, and branding on this site belong to Forward Holdings, LLC. You may use this site for personal, lawful purposes. You may not copy our content for commercial use, attempt to break or probe the site, or submit false information through our forms.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
